Ryan J. Rossner, PhD

Bob Dylan converted to Christianity in the late 1970s and released several Christian-themed albums.  His music stopped being explicitly Christian in the early 1980s.  The period from the late 1970s through the early 1990s is generally viewed as a relative creative drought for Dylan.
